Told them my mobile number was out of order and that the doctor would have to contact me at my home number instead. He tried to call my mobile number 4 times and didn’t even try the home number. Called back twice to remind them and instead of getting anything sorted out all I walked away with was my appointment being pushed back another 3 weeks. All of this for what will likely be a 2 minute call just to get some prescriptions refilled.
Also, the receptionist sounded like I’d woken her up when I called. Entirely embarrassing practice.

I've been going to Dr Adenuga since 2008 when my doctor retired for the most part I rarely needed to see him however whenever I have I've always left frustrated. Fast forward to 2023 back in February I started trying to get an appointment however his office was closed until sometime in March, finally got through to to his current reception who's quite frankly one of the rudest people going got my appointment to start the ball rolling on finding out what's going on with me just to be disregarded, gaslighted and ignoring my concerns after months of dealing with the same issue still I called again for another appointment which I got for the following Monday for a phone appointment at the same time I booked one sons vaccinations for the following Thursday and another's check up for July 4th. Come my appointment I didn't receive a call not the first time he has done this so I didn't think much and figured when I went in on Thursday I'd straighten it out then go in and there is a note on the door stating the office is closed until Juy 4th. No notice no reschedule phone call nothing. Come to July 4th bring my other son in for his appointment samething office is now closed until July 31st again no contact no reschedule nothing, all the while I'm still suffering and can not do anything with out a referral from my family doctor who's MIA . I have dealt with many doctors in my life time and this is a first for me I've had a doctor retire and found new doctors for her patients, I've had doctors go on vacation or get sick and reschedule or have someone temporarily take on their patients depending on the circumstances but never have I had a doctor just go complete MIA.
If it was possible to get a new family doctor I'd drop him in a heartbeat however with the state of this province Healthcare system it's a frustrating situation

Never been so disappointed. No service. No care for patients. Not even understand how a doctor can practice this way and get away with it.

I've been trying to make contact with Dr. for three weeks. Their phone line is disconnected and no means to make contact.

The Doctor himself has been great, but his receptionist is quite possibly the rudest and most incompetent human I have even attempted to interact with.

I went to Dr adenuga for years and had my issues dismissed over and over. I finally sought outside help and received not 1 but 3 diagnosis that would have saved me years of misery. Having a new doctor for some time now, i realise the care i was lacking while seeing him. Lets not even get me started on the horrendous pap smear his wife gave me.
So glad i took my health in my own hands and did what was right for me. Im finally being treated like i should.

Had to see Dr for worksafe. Still waiting for report over 5 months. No one in office seams to know what’s going on. He is very judgmental. As a nurse I would avoid him!

Let me keep this short! Useless! I wouldn't waste your time at all with this one. A lot happened that stayed undiagnosed until I found another doctor. A lot continues to go on, and he makes appointments and then forgets about them after saying that he can only talk to you on the phone. Complete waste of time! He's a pastor too, so maybe he should just pick a profession!
