He is good for writing prescriptions and making referrals and ordering tests. I do not feel like I was able to communicate with him and always left feeling like I should have gotten some of my questions answered.

My first consultation with Dr Kumar was less then 5 minutes long. He did not introduce himself or shake my hand. He was looking at my chart and talking to me with his back facing me. I never got to ask him any questions before he left the room. He assumed giving me a prescription would be enough. I was billed a full amount for a new patient visit.
