I love this man! He delivered my two girls after removing huge fibroid tumors, that made those babies possible. He is easy to talk to and sensitive and will always make time to listen. I am a HUGE fan!!!

I just want to Mention Dr. Shaw has been my Doctor for many years and my two grown daughters as well. We love him. He has always and I mean always been kind, courteous, ready to listen. He even did surgery on my oldest daughter whom had a cist. He is a wonderful doctor bar none. I have had a female gyne and I would never go back to a woman or a different doctor . Dr. Shaw is the gentlest when it comes to the yearly exam. So My Girls and I Rate him very Highly if you are looking for a Great Gyne or Obstetrician he is the best of the best. K.T

Saw him once and really liked him. I'm not understanding the bad reviews- He gave me all he time in the world and was very compassionate. He listened to my medical history and didn't rush me when I explained my issues. I came expecting the worst because I had never been to a male ob/gyn but I was pleasantly surprised

My wife is pregnant and Dr. Shaw is one of the OBGYNs in the practice that my wife goes to. Being a doctor myself, I can say that in my professional opinion Dr. Shaw is an awful physician. He rushes through the exams; does not listen to my wife's concerns and interrupts her when she is trying to ask questions; cracks inappropriate jokes; presents inaccurate information and his wrongful opinions instead for scientific facts. Ask Hippocrates said: “Science is the father of knowledge, but opinion breeds ignorance.” I wonder if Dr. Shaw even knows who Hippocrates is.

I can definitely relate to all the women who left their comments below. Dr. Shaw is the worst doctor I had. He rushed through the appointment, didn't answer my questions and also forgot the breast exam. He also didn't follow up after the appointment. Never going back again, looking for another doctor.

If you need anything more than a simple papsmear, you are in for trouble and hurt with this doctor! No bedside manner whatsoever. Egotistical, rude and seems to think women belong in pain and suffering. I am now disabled but was told by this man to "Just learn to live with it. Go back to work." And after he operated on me I got sick as can be. Put me on the wrong hormones and even gave me injections in the wrong place! Beware!

I liked him - he is friendly - although a bit rushed it seems - then again doing the same thing day in day out can be tiring for anyone! But he was professional & I liked him. Good staff too.

Skipped breast exam and abdominal exam of ovaries (I am polycystic with history of large cysts). Answered Qs in person and on phone, but lead me to believe that papsmears test for STDs that only blood tests cover. However did switch my script over the phone for me. Staff was awful. (They put someone else in my appt. and never called, made me come back, talked bad about me to the dr. right on the other side of the door!)

Dr. Shaw was the worst doc. I had ever experienced. He was all about business and made me feel disgusting.
