Excellent doctor, very professional. Dr. McCollum was straight to the point but still very understanding of how I felt. He was very clear when talking about my diagnosis and treatment. There was no confusion on anything. He was the first male doctor I've ever been to and was a complete gentleman. The office staff were all great as well. They were all very kind.

Condescending, cold, rude. No follow-up even though surgery did not go as expected. Impossible to get in touch with after surgery. Multiple phone calls required, leaving multiple messages that were left unanswered sometimes until the next day. I've never felt so unimportant in my life as when I was in his "care".

He is not very kind. He is blunt and to the point but is not sympathetic at all. He could learn to be a little more sympathetic

This is an AWESOME doctor. He is very professional and truthful and yet sympathetic to your condition. His whole staff is wonderful. No one will ever know how greatful I am to be in his care. I feel like everything will be okay and he will not give up on me. He is the best doctor that I have ever had hands down. I think that I lucked out with this one.

I was a patient of Dr. McCollum's when he was practicing in Maryland. He's the best and I miss him. I wish that he wouldn't have moved to Virginia. We need him back here in Maryland. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a caring and very knowledgable physician. He also is an awesome surgeon. I miss him.

I was treated for cervical cancer from this doctor. He made me feel that he was very competent and continuously reassured me that everything would be ok. Very good bedside manner and listened carefully to everything you had to say or questions you needed to ask.
