I prefer a doctor that actually listens to his patients

I recently had a hernia repair surgery with Dr. Bassin and found him to be very caring. He was willing to explain everything, and actually returned a phone call promptly when I had some fears. His staff was wonderful, and I've never had a doctor's office run so promptly. Other offices could take a lesson from how they run their business! Thank you Dr. Bassin!

DR BASSIN WAS VERY HELPFUL TO ME. HE IS A GREAT SURGEON AND WAS VERY CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

It's unfair to give the Doctor a poor rating based on the office admin practice when it comes to confirming insurance. I'm sorry for her daughters pain but in this era of law suits, you cannot blame the doctor. My experience with Doctor Bassin has been very positive. He is caring, knowledgable and a gifted surgeon. After having one surgery and requiring another, there is no one else I'd want as a surgeon.

This doctor's office refused to treat my daughter without receiving their surgery fee up front because they might have to WAIT WHILE THE COMPANY DID A PRE-EXISTING CHECK. They did not care that she was in severe pain. They were only concerned about MONEY
