Dr. Dudley is rude, condescending and completely disregards patient questions. Would not recommend!

Figured out what I had over the phone, called in a prescription right that night and never even charged me. My friends see her too and are very pleased

She didnt even spend a minute in the room. She talked standing near the door and left in a minute. I was confused if she was going to come back. She should be reported to the insurance company. I will not ecommend her to anyone

Saw Dr to have some moles removed, one from my face. The incision left a large scar on my face and went contrary to the natural eye wrinkles, only increasing the visibility. If she had just cut in the opposite direction, the scar would barely be noticeable. For her profession, that is inexcusable.

I will strongly NOT RECOMMEND this doctor from the DREYER MEDICAL CLINIC located in Aurora, IL. Her 3rd receptionist has a very POOR customer service. The 3rd receptionist is NOT helpful.I arrived at 4:09.My appointment is at 4:15.I have to sign-in with the 1st receptionist who gave me the Registration forms for me to fill out. While filling out the forms at the waiting area, the 2nd receptionist called me to finalize the registration process regarding my insurance, which took us about only 5 minutes and she told me to wait again in the waiting area, wherein the 3rd receptionist is just about 10 feet away from me. I waited for about 20 mins and this 3rd receptionist told me that I am late with my appointment because I did not sign in with her that is why the doctor left already. The doctor left at 4:35pm without seeing me, which in fact I arrived 6 mins before my appoinment time at 4:15pm. To summarize, my visit with the Dreyer Medical Clinic is a NIGTHMARE.
