Great doctor! He has served the community for decades. Genuinely nice person and stayed when most left.

More often than not, he is useless. Barely says 3 words when speaking with him, doesn't call in meds in a timely manner. Seldom calls in meds in a timely manner causing me to miss doses and pay extra pharmacy dispensing fees. Dr. DoLittle should be his name.

Been dealing with stomach issues for 7 years and he told me I’m probably swallowed to much air. The ER doc thinks my MRI is saying colitis. Hopefully I’ll get some answers.

I have seen this Dr many time in outpatients and I think he is a great dr very thorough I would rate him a 10 out 10. One of the best Dr's I have seen. Excellent

Dr farrell should be retired. He seems like he doesn't have the right knowledge for the job or he's just to old.. went with a terrible infection and he did nothing to help me.

Went to ER with shortness of breath. I have athsma that has become increasingly worse. Told me to drive back when expiercing shortness of breath..yes drive when actively having an athsma attack. Sent away, no further investigation to why athsma is increasingly worse, no prescription for a new ventolin puffer as previous was expired. Asked no questions, rough and did not care.

Dr Farrell has been my dr since 1978! He is amazing, compassionate and brilliant! If not for him I would not be here. You can thank God he is still serving the people of not only New Waterford but all over cape Breton. Thank you Dr. Farrell! Thank you.
