One of the worst. After your first meeting, don't walk, run to another doctor. She is no linger in Simi Valley, CA and is working in Urgent Care, Bellingham, WA. There is a reason she has put distance between CA and WA. Bad attitude, not helpful and patronizing. Has good knowledge but is unwilling to improve your condition. I think she is on track to retire soon... good riddance.

Unbelievably bad doctor who doesn't listen to patient and wants to rush out completely disregarding the patients needs and symptoms. I went to see her 6 months ago and she prescribed treatment for a recurring illness, on a recent visit for the same problem she refused to give me the same prescription and told told me I would have to go elsewhere. I did end up in urgent care where the doctor gave me the prescription I needed. She had a terrible attitude to me as a patient and talked to me with such a superiority complex it was sickening. Anyway off to find a new doctor and practice as this woman provided the worst medical treatment and experience I have ever had. I hope she retires soon, I am sure there will be many happy patients

Dr. Kranzpiller is pleasant although I don't feel she's the most knowledgable. She often makes comments regarding the difficulty working with HMOs, which I don't care about. I come to a doctor for a health concern. She spends much of the alloted time explaining how to work with the HMO. She also refuses (her words)to prescribe some meds that I've taken for many years and no other doctor had problems prescribing. I've since changed to another doctor.

The worst doctor ever.office wait is about 1 hour with appt. no proper diagnosis. if you ask for follow up, refers you to the ER. switches nurses often, clearly no one can stay with her for long. do yourself a favor, change doctors

Dr. K is not only smart, she is kind and gentle.Her staff is very professional.

She is very understanding and caring. Very gentle and listens to everything you have to say. She is also very knowledgeable and doesnt hesitate sending you to a specialist when needed.
