I had this Dr for about 7 years, and am lucky to have him. I find him direct and kind.

Is very well-versed in different areas. Certainly has the well-being of his patients at heart. I recently attended a provincial conference and was so pleased to know that he is ahead of the game in some cases - trying to head off more medical problems than I already have. Tells me things I don't want to hear sometimes, but who will benefit in the end? Me!

I found this doctor to be very helpful and very knowledgeable.He has alot of experience in medicine and I trust his judgement.For those of you with negative comments, did you ever think maybe he was right?? Sometimes the truth has to be told even if you hate to hear it!

Dr. Mayo may be knowledgeable in the medical field, but he has no idea how to treat his patients. He is rude, and unkind and seems to me like he doesn't even care about his patients. I do not recommend this doctor, there are others in the marystown/burin area who are much better, and much more caring towards their patients!!

One of the rudest doctors I have ever met not at all kind .Did not explain things took a long time to see me even though it was only a couple other paitents there .Made me feel stupid and very bad overall not very nice with a real bad bedside manner .

This is the worst doctor i have ever had to see. He has no manners and is very rude. i saw him in emergency with extreme pain in my back and he told me once he finally did come in that for back problems you should see your family doctor not go to emergency. I went to emergency because my back was painly severely. Anyway once the x-rays come back it told the story - i had 2 broken bones in my back. Thanks for nothing. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. He is the worst i have ever had to go to.
