Bery thorough and up to date doctor. Always err’s on the side of caution. One of the best if not the best GP’s in the provice. Sad I had to move away.

Dr. McGarry is, has been, and always will be the best doctor I have ever seen, hands down. I have worked across canada, lived in different places and went to doctors in those places and always ended back in Trepassey to see my doc. Once when I lived in Edmonton I ended up with a hernia and the docs up there laughed at it and told me to go back to work. Well two weeks later I flew home and I stopped over to see him and he had me out the next week to have it fixed. The specialist said if I didn't get there when I did it could have killed me. Had a truck accident in Fort Mac, doc there told me to go on light duties, couldn't lift my arms. Flew home once again and after Dr. McGarry checked me out he sent me out for scans right away, turned out I was after compacting 3 discs in my upper back. To give him a rating on here as a 5 for excellent, is like I am under rating him. Anyone that complains about him are not very smart, because if you gave up on him, he never gave up on you and if you return he will do is darnest to make things right. Just to tell you how amazing he is, I just got diagnosed with lymphoma by his findings let me add and I can call him anytime day or night and he will personally pick up the phone and speak to me and help me out anyway possible. Like I said he is, has been and always will be the best. If you read this Dr. McGarry, I would just like to say, Thanks.

Dr McGarry is in a minority these days. He takes the time to investigate the underlying problem. Once I had a broken toe & he gave me an ultrasound on my kidney. He discovered a problem with my kidney. Came back to Ontario & staff @ hospital couldnt believe that he did an ultrasound on me when I had a broken toe. My response was "this is the type of Dr he is". Very professional & will go the extra mile.

Dr.McGarry is a excellent Dr.in every sense of the word not only is he kind,careing and thoughtful But he will undertake to go beyond his duty to ensure your medical needs are met.Dr.McGarry is not usually on time because he gives each patient induvial medical attention as needed . When you see him it is worth the wait. We feel lucky to have him as our family doctor.

Dr.McGarry is not only just my family doctor, but is an inspiration to all. He is so unbelieveably talented, and have so much respect for all his patients! The Doctors at the health science should take advice from him. I was sick for a long time back and forth to hospitals, and NO one gave me the care I truely needed besides Dr Mcgarry & Dr. Paul Dancey(Janeway) that was 3 years ago and I go to check ups with both. Dr.McGarry is so thoughtful and very friendly! And if he truly believes that someone has a hidden illness he don't back down until he finds out for sure that he was wrong or right! Dr.McGarry and his wife Colleen are the BEST, Trepassey would never be the same without him!

Doctor Tom McGarry is a very qualified and skillful physician. This docotor goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure adequate medical care is provided to his patient.
