Dr. Andrea Ramsay is a very careful doctor, she takes time to talk to me and explain everything, we also take time to talk about our family, for me she`s the best Doctor i have ever had Thank`s to her !

I think Dr Ramsay is a very good doctor. She listens and really seems to care about me as a person and not just another patient. Unfortunately, the office staff is one of the worst. They are not nice, bordering on rude. Really could use a class in customer service. It takes forever to get prescription refills and no one calls back when you leave a message message. They also overbook. Average wait time is 1-1/2 hrs then another 15-20 mins once you get to a room. Am looking for another doctor because I've had enough of the negatives.

Dr. Ramsay is very knowledgable. Her demeanor is quite serious, and she is there to get the job done. Since the clinic was sold to another party the quality of service has gone down significantly. They have nursing students from BCC practicing blood draws on patients with private insurance. I was stuck twice by one student and three times by another. Although Dr. Ramsay is a great doctor having to deal with the rest of the site staff is a hassle.

Dr. Ramsay always has the time to talk with you. She is very knowedgeable and is always learning. If you want a Doctor who went into the medical field because they wanted to help people, you would want Dr. Ramsay.

This is the worse doctor ever. She did provide crucial test results. My husband had MRSA for over 2 years before we found out about it. We are going to get her kicked out of the medical profession. We only learned of the 4 test results she withheld from us when we received my husbands disabilty record for another legal matter.

I was referred to her and have been very happy. The only way to describe her is...she is very cool. While sometimes I have had problems with her staff in general they are nice. Waiting time is normal (avg time is 1/2 hr), which I consider better then most other doctors. I do feel referrals take to long and why do you have to make a separate appt for pap smear? I mean really it takes about 5 minutes to do it. I would def. recommend her.

Ramsay is a great doctor, I would definitely recommend her. She's very knowledgeable and friendly. Only problems are: 1- The morons she shares practice with, which you may often be directed to. 2- Everyone is always in a rush because they overbooked. 3- Some nurses there have attitude problems.

I WOULD RECOMEND RAMSEY IF YOU COULD JUST GET TO HER. I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE HER , AND EVERY TIME THEY SEND ME TO WILSON OR THE OTHER IDIOTS IN THE OFFICE, THEY ALWAYS OVER BOOK AND THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND LOST MY REFFERALS A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WHEN I GOT MY REFERRAL,IT TOOK 21 DAYS TO GET IT THEN IT WAS TO THE WRONG DOCTOR. THE STAFF SUCKS, BUT RAMSEY IS COOL.

I would recommmend Dr Ramsay. While she was very late the 1st time I went, the whole office was nice and apologized. The second time she was early AND she is very nice and spends much more time with you than any other Dr I have been to in the area. I will stick with her for sure!
