As a patient of Dr. Del Maestro’s it’s difficult to express my gratitude. Simply put- the world is a better place because of Dr. Del Maestro. He is extremely talented, intelligent, compassionate, patient, personable… Dr. Del Maestro always puts his patients first and is very accessible to reach. I feel fortunate to have been a patient of Dr. Del Maestro. When I faced brain surgery, I was completely confident knowing I was in the best hands possible. My surgery was 100% successful! I feel privileged to know Dr. Del Maestro and truthfully… I miss him. I have never met nor heard of any doctor as special as Dr. Del Maestro. I’m very grateful.

Dr. Del Maestro cared for my husband for 3 years - during that time he performed a biopsy and a resection of tumour - both with success. His level of care and compassion for his patient and their family far exceeds any expectations. His skill and knowledge are of such high calibre - I highly recommend him for any type of neurosurgery - I would travel out of province to be seen by him.

Dr. Del Maestro saved my life in London, On in 1995. He is extremely caring and compassionate and made me feel like family. He came several times to check on me after surgery and answered my parents' questions in language that they could understand. He is very approachable and has the kindest bed-side manner. I was very sad when he moved to Montreal because, in my mind, he is irreplaceable. I always understood when I had to wait to see him because he's the best neurosurgeon in the world.
