Miss ya Dr Erb!!! Best doctor in KW, kind, considerate, and filled with empathy and humor :-)

Dr. Erb should have retired years ago. He may have been an excellent doctor years ago but in the past ten years he was not. He was rarely available when you needed him to be. He was lazy with yearly medicals and tests. Near the end of his practice his appt were very short. (under 5 min) My son who was suffering from a serious health issue was whisked in and out within 2 min. I timed it! He was seriously underweight and he didn't even weigh him or take his vitals! If you fully cannot commit to your patients you need to step aside for someone who can.

Dr. Erb is one of the finest family Dr. in Ontario and we will miss him greatly when he retires :-( This gentleman is very caring and gentle. He takes all the medical mumble jumble and horros and speaks in layman terms! His humor is the Best of Medicine :-). His assistant Jenn is a sweetheart!!

Have known the man since I was a child, has been my Dr. since I was 11 (now 40) and will miss him when he retires. My parents moved out of town and miss his in-depth yearly check ups (blood work and tests that were ordered on his professional advice), which their new Dr. does not do and they have to request. I have had great service and treatment from this man. Great sense of humour and respect for your concerns. My wife will vouch for that!! I find it hard to believe the one or two bad reviews I have read and I'm sure there is more to the story that has been left out... Dr. Erb is up to date on current treatments and conditions and does not hesitate to order tests or referals to other Dr.'s who may be able to help further. Will be missed when he retires!! I dread the thought of having to find a new Dr. Only complaint is trying to get through on the phone - always busy!!

Dr. Erb is an excellent Doctor, very knowledgable and treats his patients like they are equals. His staff can lack manners .. chit chat & make you stand there waiting to be acknowledged in stead of stopping the chatter, check you in and then resume.I hope thae Dr. Erb does not retire ant time soon. It would be a big loss to the comunuty.

I have been going to Doctor Erb. since the late 80's. I find the man to be caring and near perfect..i am concerned after my recent visit to an emerg in another city in Canada and the ability to find another family doc there. I spent 350.00 on travel to see him and well worth it. Very thorough attentive and caring. Keep up the good work. Clerical staff also excellent and share the same views as Doctor Erb.

I have had DR.Erb since I was probally bout 14, He a great man, he uses humur and knowledge to get you hru your visit. Of course he is not perfect but I can honeslty say I am greatful to him for takin gon my husband and my son.HE is my parents DR adn every time I go there always asks how they are! WE ALL WILL MISS HIM WHEN HE RETIRES!

YOu wait for HOURS for your apptmnt...and only for ONE symtom per visit and 2mins. or less and out the door with nothing accomplished. Useless!!!!!!!!!

Doctor Erb has been my family doctor since I was little and it will be going on close to 13 or 14 years. He is AMAZING!!! Never has he put me on any medication without carefully going through all I need to know and any tests I should take beforehand. He cares so much about you as a person and has the best joke of the days!!! I have nothing but nice things to say about him!
