Blue Cross / Blue Shield
The care is okay, the real problem is the billing. The amount charged varied wildly from visit to visit. The amount she said I owed was always significantly more than what my insurance's Explanation of Benefits said I owed. I asked for a billing summary of my account to reconcile the charges, but never received it despite several requests and being promised the summary. All I received were excuses of bookkeeper woes. Unprofessional or unscrupulous, I don't know.
