Compared to other doctors from past, he is one of the best and I have always felt my concerns were important to him. As a woman, have never felt belittled or ignored and if he seemed to take a situation lightly it is probably because it really was not much of a concern after all. Have always felt that we have to take as much responsibility for our health as the healthcare sector and not put it all on a doctor's shoulders!

despite repeated visits for same serous ailment, dcotor would not refer to specialist. a friend/doctor gave me a one time referral to a specialist due to concerns. If my friend had not made the referral, I would not be here today. Look elsewhere for medical help.

My family of 4 have been with Dr Walker since the 1980s. He has always diagnosed our health issues correctly and ordered tests when needed. He has a good grasp of the correct pharmacueticals to perscribe. We feel fortunate to have a good physician who is accessable and with short wait times. I should say we are all in good health, so he hasn't had to deal will severe illnesses in our family.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Walker for about 20 years. I was quite surprised to read some recent reviews that say he doesn't listen and is slow to refer to specialists. That has not been our experience at all. I have always felt that he treats patients professionally and with respect. And he practices what he preaches - he takes his exercise seriously.

He seems like a good person, but sometimes you feel that hes not listening closely enough to how you feel about your ailment, and taking it seriously.ie could order more testing or perhaps referals to specialists. He is however very likable.

If it was easier to switch drs. I definatly would. When going to Walker it takes numerous visits to solve a problem or get to a specialist. He has misdiagnosed not only me but many people I know. I feel that his answer to everything is so simple when in reality there is actually something wrong. Although when proven by another dr. you have a serious illness he is quick to respond.

wonderful with my kids, which is great. As a woman I have found that he doesn't listen very well. I have felt belittled by him on occasion and have actually put off going to him when I should have because I have felt that I just couldn't take the hassle. I would probably change doctors if it were easier. On the plus side, his care of my dying husband was above and beyond and I do believe he cares about his patients.

Ken is a credit to his profession. Wait times are reasonable and he takes the time to answer all questions. Fine balance of caring and professionalism. Very good nursing and office staff. We are blessed to have a dr. of Ken's caliber in our little town.
