Seems like a very nice man but every appt was extremely rushed and I felt he wasn't listening to me. Every single appointment he would open the door before I could ask questions and would continue the conversation in the hallway with the whole office listening. Final straw was when he called with some test results and I knew something didn't seem right so I requested a copy of my file and found the info he gave me is wrong. Again I think he is a nice guy and a knowledgable doctor, I just think he has too many patients to take the time to care for them.

Outstanding. I was mis diagnosed by several other doctors, and Dr. Yapp saved my life. Wonderful office staff, and great experience. He sees my entire family, and we all love his care.

This is the MOST caring doctor who will treat not only your problem but, you mental well being as well. He will listen to you & your problems and has a sympathetic heart & will do his best to "cure" you. His staff are always nice & helpful.I saw 5 doctors before I finally met Doctor Yapp. When you make an appointment make sure you bring a book, it is a bit of a wait on busy day's but, WELL worth it! He will take time with you too to answer all questions! So, don't get upset if you must wait. He's well worth it!

One of the best liver doctors, and I went through a few in Chicago. He is compassionate, skilled in the field, and very patient.

Medicare Supplement, BC/BS pays rest. I had colonoscopy. lst visit = 10 min.I have panic with anxiety & hypoglycemia. He gave me his speech, which I knew from friends & websites. I asked him about my meds in view of my disabiity. He didn't look at my med.history sheet. but said no meds since I'll be sedated quickly. Read material including foods, overwhelming me into beginning anxiety. Wrote my fears to both my psychiatrist &internist, both of whom I trust completely. My internist called to ask if I was ok, prescribed sleeping pills for a week at nite before procedure. My psychiatrist spent 2 hrs going over meds I could take in preparation for this procedure. At 5am,I had to drink 10 oz bottle of some med. Took shower. Red liquid was coming out. Won't say how I padded myself to go to hospital & not ruin friend's car. Red stuff there as I undressed. Given 3 tiny cups of sedation. During procedure, I was awake & told them I had pain. They're supposed to sedate more. Didn't.

Had a colonospy done. He punchtured my colon, ended up in intensive care for one week, than another week in a regular room. He actually sent me a bill for the test and hospital visits which were no more than, hi, how are you.
