I love Dr. Linda, and always find her to be knowledgeable and extremely capable but her receptionist needs to retire. She is always unfriendly and NEVER answers the phone.

Linda has been my doc for about 10 years. She's very professional, and provides excellent care. The management of her office needs some work. Triage of patients needs work, since it's virtually impossible to book an appointment over the phone. Her nurse is unreachable most of the day - I've had my office try to book appointments for literally hours with no success.

She's a great doctor, and a really nice person at that. She's clearly very busy, but still takes the time to get to know you personally. Marina (her receptionist) is the sweetest lady but is clearly way too busy. People are right - the phone very rarely gets answered.

Linda delivered my daughter, Jordan was my doctor and my 2 daughters doctor up until I moved to Moncton and she is the best doctor out there! My daughter, Lindsay, got the privilege of having her again years later when attending UPEI! I have seen many doctors since Linda, but so far, NONE have compared to the professionalism, the caring and the sweetness of her. And, oh yes, Marina was an absolute angel! I loved seeing her smiling face each time we went for a visit! Five stars! *****

Her nurse is awful. Not only does the phone never get answered, she is rude and has a heavy hand when taking blood. Ouch. I called once for emergency contreception and I was told I could get an appointment in three weeks. Had I not known myself that it has to be taken within 72 hours, I could have taken the appointment for a pregnancy test! As well, I was misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia when what I actually had was side effects from birth control pills. I haven't been to see her in a couple years actually, because when I actually need a doctor it is a minimum 3 week wait, so I go to a clinic.

She is a wonderful doctor, but she needs a receptionist. The nurse shouldn't be expected to do it all. It would be nice to be able to call the doctor, and have the phone answered. It would also be nice to be able to book an anual appointment other then only the first week of December.

She is a fabulous doctor but she needs a receptionist. Her nurse/receptionist can't handle all the calls that come in so the phone rings constantly, or is busy, and it's almost impossible to make or break an appointment. She doesn't even have an answering machine to take messages and return calls.

I love my doctor, but the nurse/receptionist never answers the phone - which is quite annoying. And there is always an hour or more wait even when you have an appointment time.
