Had a cracked tooth. Was told it would be 2 months before they could fix it. It’s painful to eat. It cracked in half (now missing half of my tooth) in between appointments, and they had no interest in accommodating me sooner. The receptionist staff is extremely rude. I called elsewhere and they took me in right away. Myself, nor my family will be returning here.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Robinson for several years and have always had excellent service. He is respectful, helpful, on time and has always fit us in when we had an emergency.

Not very impressed. Was there in extreme pain and did very little to help with that -- actually nothing. Ended up seeing another dentist in Barrhaven who help by prescribing pain relief.

Dr. Robinson is an excellent dentist: always on time, friendly, respectful of person and very conscientious towards wearing a mask and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Decided to stop seeing this dentist due to his lack of basic hygiene. He talks too much and does not wear a face mask. Every time I go there I feel disgusted by the experience.

Very untrustworthy and disrespectful dentist. My gum was bothering me and he didn't bother to help me but instead told me I needed a custom mouthguard which is very expensive. Also, he kept moving my chair after noticing my back was bothering me! Obviously doesn't care for his patients!
