Dr. Pennick is a good doctor, but his staff is very ghetto and rude. In addition, it takes him forever to complete pertinent paperwork (disability, FMLA) and has no regard for time sensitive material. Once you get pass the red tape and in the office w/Dr. Pennick you're fine, but it really takes an Act of Congress to get to him.
