Terrible experience with this doctor. Only cares about the money in the profession for the wrong reasons. Very cold and no empathy whatsoever. Don't waste your time with your precious eyes. She thinks she is the only Glaucoma specialist in Jacksonville and boy is she wrong.

I've been seeing Dr. Betchkal for over 15 years for treatment/prevention of my glaucoma. I find her to have the perfect balance between friendliness and thorough professionalism. I trust her absolutely with anything related to my eyes.

Great surgeon, terrible bedside manner. Absolutely refused to address other eye problem.She allowed me to suffer for months before I sought treatment elsewhere.She is curt and dismissive.
