I am extremely dissatisfied with the follow up care for my father Richard Sullivan. We've heard nothing from Dr. Miranda since he came home on 7/1/17 and he is now back in the hospital with Sepsis. I am so pissed off and unfortunately I live 3 hours south. Dr. Miranda, please go see my father and make sure he's being taken care of properly and answer all of our questions. I know you won't but my phone # is 772-538-4528 and my name is Teresa Sullivan, if you care enough about your patients, you will call myself or my mother Candy who is now his care taker and her phone # is 772-267-6550, we need some answers to alot of questions.

Dr. Miranda has taken care of me twice in the hospital and I have had a good experience with her. Unlike the prior posts I didn't find her rude or arrogant at all. Based on my visit and exrays when I saw her in the office the pneumonia didn't show up and unfortunately the antibiotics she prescribed did not work (even though they have in the past) and I deteriorated quickly. I saw 3 different doctord while I was in my 11 day stay in the hospital and I met her new associate Dr. Patel who I really liked a lot. Over all I agree that I generally have to wait to get to see her when I have an appointment, but I have experienced this with more doctors than not. The speed of which I am seen when I have an appointment could improve & I will make this known on my next visit.

I agree with previous post! Dr is chronically late and makes no apologies to patients with clearly bad respiratory problems who have to wait over an hour for appt. Every single apt I have made(3) has been delayed at LEAST an hour. I also had a bad experience with her in the hospital. She is very arrogant and has spoken very rudely to my family members. And with my own ears "witnessed" her arguing at the nursing station with another doctor. VERY unprofessional! I would NOT recommend her to anyone. I only got her because her group saw me in the hospital. I am looking for another lung doctor!

This doctor chronically overbooks her schedule. She doesn't really listen to her patients when confronted with worsening conditions. Overall, I continue to see her because of the time I have invested with her. I prefer not to start all over with a new doctor. Nonetheless, I have certainly considered seeking out a new specialist.
