In all fairness, office has 6 doctors with over 10,000 patients with only one secretary to answer all calls. Not all calls are for booking appointments and take up to 5 minutes. Every time I go in, secretaries are doing the best they can and are very pleasant when not dealing with rude patients.

Dr Zanette is amazing!!! I really don’t mind waiting when he runs behind, to me that just means he’s being thorough with every patient!!! The only complaint I have is not being able to see him. I need to see him when I’m sick not be told to go to a walk in clinic or that I have to wait 3weeks or more for an appointment. Trying to call the office is awful, they never answer the phone!!!!!

A great doctor, always take the time to listen to your concerns. Never rush to prescribe medication, always tries to find ways to suggest to improve quality of life through lifestyle changes etc. Have been a patient for more than 10 years, don't mind travelling 30 km to see him as needed. Always asks how your family are doing and apologizes for the long wait. Yes phone line needs serious improvement, rarely can get through to speak with a real person. Thanks for keeping us healthy Dr. Zanette
