I feel some what so so about this office. When customers come into the office, they should always be greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. We'll, that hasn't happened. We have been there twice. However, the dental hygienists were very nice and sweet. The dentist was nice enough. He did explain things and asked if we had any questions. We did decide to get her braces here. I just hope the front office staff's customer service skills improve or it will be a long 2.5 years.

My mom was a patient here in her twenties & now I go there. I am actually getting my braces removes in a few days! I must say I love this orthodontist center and the girls at the front are always helpful and the doctors are super helpful and extremely polite! Totally worth the money! Who ever said they still ended up with crooked teeth, well you just werent taking care of your teeth as you should.. I recommend Dr. Simon

My dad was a patient when he was in his mid twenties and years later he took both me and my sister. I went back to fix my permanet retainer from 2003 and Dr.Simon was still the same happy/energetic man I know as a child. The girls from the front were very nice , the assistants were almost the same ones from my childhood. Everyone said hello as I passed by to be seated . Service was and still is spectacular !!!

I was a patient of Simon Orthodontics and now my kids go there! Very pleased with the service. They are open until late and the girls in the front desk are helpful with the schedule.

Worse orthodontist known to man. 3 years and 3000 dollars later and still crroked teeth on my kid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!!!!!
