Dr. Bob is fantastic. You may have to wait to see him but when you do, he is helpful, listens well and is very thorough. He has helped my family and I immensely over the years and I am glad to have him as a family Doctor. Thanks Dr. Bob, you are appreciated!

Dr. Bob is so awesome. If he ever reads these comments I would like to say that both my husband Bob and I just love him. If it was not for him we would not be here. He saved our lives by recommending the Doctors we should see and we are so pleased to have him. His family is so great too.

Dr.Bob is defenitely one of the best in our area, He has looked after my entire family for many years. He has done a wonderful job looking after ALL members in our family....we love him!But with that being said....His receptionist that has been with him since the beggining, hasn't evolved as good as him...she has become ignorant by times and very very uncaring. She certainly doesn't care if you little child is sick or not and I(as the parent) don't want to run to the emergency room...she will not go above and beyond to help unlike her employer (Dr.Bob). Also, the new apointment scheduling that is in place HAS GOT TO GO!!!! This calling at 8 am and never ever getting through til 8:10 am and all the slots are gone for the day...ITS NOT WORKING DR.BOB.Time for your apointment intake and your receptionist to go. We love you Dr.Bob.

Saw this Dr in the ER recently. Was very impressed with his engaged and caring bedside manner. He was supportive, efficient, informative and knowledgeable, and didn't seem to have any shred of that offputting "DR-Complex" you so often find in family care these days. Were this Dr taking patients, I would be signing up in a flash.

I love Dr Bob and I am so glad to have him for my son and I. I do however hate his new way of doing appointments! I don't like the sameday booking because I work and I can't get to a phone to call for 8:30 and if I do manage to get through the appointments are all gone by 8:35. I think they should do sameday appointments for the mornings and then have booked appointments in the afternoon not just on Mondays. I need a booked appointment and called today and my appointment is a full month away. Love you Dr Bob but you need to change the booking process :)
