My experience with sage started over 2 yrs ago at this point. My teeth were in bad shape and getting worse. Saw Dr. Hirsch & Sanchez, who "SOLD" me on their abilities to be able to pull 13 teeth and replace with a "small horseshoe shaped upper denture that will snap into place and I will be able to eat with and taste with. They also SOLD me on getting a lower bridge that will "simply" snap right in and I will be good to go.. 2 years later however I have the same temporary upper denture that I walked out of the office with the day of my surgery. I have gone back numerous time and Sanchez blames the lab, blames Hirsch for entering in the wrong code.. All just excuses.. They are paid in full $17,000.00 and I have nothing!!! I spoke with the Medical director, Cruz.. Tries to get me to goto Miami( I am in Jupiter) to see some specialist then sends me to a sage office in Stuart.. First words out of their mouths were " for $6800.00 we can give you what you want" All I want is what was promised and paid for!! If you can't do the JOB then give me my money back!! This is such GARBAGE at this point!! Am I the first person to ever get dentures... I am a 42 yr old man with NO teeth on the upper portion of my mouth.. 6-8 teeth on the lower... I have gone to 3 other dentist and ALL OF THEM SAID the work that was done was sub par and this set up is what would normally be done for someone in there 70's... Hirsch is the most arrogant obnoxious individual with ZERO bedside manners.. Sanchez needs to go back and finish dental school.. Neither one of them should be working in the medical field.. And there Med.dirct is not much better.. 2yrs of not being able to eat anything but mushy food.. denture popping out..it is a total embarrassment!! I guess at this point I have no choice but to seek legal counsel.. I will continue leave reviews letting anyone & everyone know about Sage dental of E.Boca, Sanchez, Hirsch,& Cruz
