It’s unfortunate that this man seems to be so knowledgeable but cannot take the time to care for his patients properly. His misdiagnosis cost me a day off work in the hospital and an emergency surgery that could have been avoided if he had taken my concerns seriously.

Terrible excuse for a DR! New to this Province and this is what I get for a DR??? doesn't even ask my medical history or current prescriptions before doling out more pills.. gives a completely incorrect diagnosis for symptons!! If he bothered to ask a history he would have known his diagnosis was totally out of sinc!! Bedside manor of a Tic! Appears not to take women serious and very very dismissive!!

Dr.Sharma has been wonderful to myself and my immediate family. Never any problem getting an appointment and takes the time to listen to concerns. I give him an A+ and I'm thankful we have him as our family physician!

Rude, inconsiderate, does the least possible he can muster up to do for you.. to then shove you back out his door all while you had to wait 40 ms for his lazy self to show up after his leisurely lunch and for some reason, the receptionist has no answers for you as to why he is late where he is that seems even slightly plausible. Certainly, not an eyes, ears, nose, throat, blood pressure, weigh you dr. because he has never done one of those things during a visit. Tells patients who are sick with a terrible strain of virus, it's going around, it will go when it goes. Wow, thanks for your professionalism. Not. Tells patients issues are only in their head as well. Pushes the pill of the day whichever he must be getting kickbacks to push, regardless if it helps the person or not. Most times Not. Sad excuse for a doctor. Shameful.

Unhelpful. Just gave me an expensive prescription and rushed me out the door. Did not want to listen to me or answer questions. Poor excuse for a doctor. Nova Scotians should not be putting up with doctors like this. We deserve better.

Dismissive. Sexist. Rude. Pill Pusher! This is my family Dr. but he's also at the walk-in so I feel like I can't go anywhere to get medical advice. Under his watch my father got hooked on pain meds, I went with my father once to one of his appointment and Dr. Sharma no joke asked him what he wanted pill wise. His addiction to these meds destroyed our family.
He also mixed my medical recorded up with my sister's. He had my file and asked if I was still taking a medication my sister use to take.

We no longer have a family physician. My partner has documented health issues and this doctor sent him away at the walk in clinic when he wanted to simply renew his uncontroversial prescriptions. Wait until you have about one week's worth left and come back, he said. Now? With the possibility of having to self-isolate? I have heard nothing good about him. I am seriously considering a complaint.

I saw this man with a case of newly active shingles. He told me I had flea bites! Didnt matter that I had no pets lol. I promptly went to my pharmacist where I was quickly diagnosed with shingles and give the proper medications.

I agree that he abuses how horrible the health care system is here. What choice do we have other than see him at the walk in. He doesn't even spend 5 minutes with you. Its absolutely mind blowing how he still practices in thr medical field. Just wants to write you a prescription and get as many patient's as he can in. He listened to my daughters chest for like 5 seconds said she was fine and made me feel stupid for thinking it was anything to be concerned about. We ended up in emerge with an asthma attack a few days later.
He laughed at me when I explained a previous medical issue and said there was no such thing.
He would not last practicing anywhere else. He's very lucky. When his name is brought up to people in the medical field you can tell he has a bad reputation and is not respected.

Worst doctor ever. Arrogant, bragged about being a good doctor but took no time to understand my circumstances before changing the medication I was on to another prescription. Cannot understand how this fool even got a medical license much less maintain it. Unfortunately you'll likely run into him if you are among those of us who have to use the walk in clinic because you don't have a family physician. Can I rate him -5 stars?
