Dr. Phanord is extremely rude, I took my five year old son there and I was eight month pregnant, at that time and feeling sick so I eat two saltine crackers. His staff told him that I eat the crackers and he came out and spoke very rudely to me. He even went so far as to put a note in my file that was rude so that another dentist would not accept me.
