3+ hour wait time. Not helpful. Staff was nice. Did not fill script needed that was previously filled. Wasted my time after waiting three months to see him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alvarez since 2006. he is Very knowledgable and takes the time to listen and explain. It is hard to find a great doctor now a days and with Dr. alvarez I have found a gem. I hope he always takes whatever insurance plan I have because I would hate to lose him. His staff are very polite, professional and always return your calls the same day when you leave a voicemail. His waiting room is always crowded but I suspect it's because he is such a good doctor that everyone wants to go to him.

Dr. Alvarez is amazing, completely in sync with whatever you need to talk about regarding your health. He is a very smart doctor. I really don't like his staff. I've thought about changing doctors so many times ONLY because of the staff, but forget it he is the best! I really wish the girls at the front would be a little less rude and a little more welcoming/pleasant. I am not one for being a hypocrite but a smile doesn't hurt once in a while even if you have to fake it.

Dr. Pedro G. Alvarez is a very professional doctor, and very knowable. His office staff is one you can trust 100%, they are very responsible and professionals, I have been a patient of such office for more than 5yrs. What I highly recommend is Mr. Alvarez to get a web page where patients can send notifications to office's staff instead of patients going to the office to speak with assistants or nurse, it is proven that in century 21 anyone can operate a computer and send email one each others. I am pretty sure that doing so the office might reduce the cost of office overhead and salaries. People who go personally to the office for this matter disturb, consume, and interrupt at least 3 of its employees. If a web page with emails forwarding is created too many patients will use this system to interact with office staff and office staff can manage its own time. Sergio

Most of the staff is helpful but there are a few, specifically front desk that could use an attitude adjustment. The office is always packed to the MAX. Several people hold the same appointment time at a time, if you make an appointment for 9 a.m. prepare to be seen an hour or more after that. He's very professional and polite but always seems to be in quite a rush(maybe because he's over booked all of the time?). Always seems to have one foot in the room with you and one foot out the door.
