would be helpful to find out where everyones medical records went; a letter should have been sent out when he was shut down for medical malpractice but no one was notified of the closing. he still operates under Transformations but again he does not see the patients, still has not learned his lesson

Staff members are rude and not polite at all. My mother has paid all her co-pay for her insurance, now they want more money from her. Wanting $195.00 for two of those visits . He wants a total of an extra $140.00. That is just for seeing his son which is only a P.A. This is not a specialist!

I went to many different PA's and Dr's in this practice. Not a good practice. Not good medicine. Terrible office staff. He has left the address listed on all websites, and cannot be found.

Nobody can tell us where they went. I think they went out of business but they have our records! They have a new name on the door, but the new practice still has their old number. Something is extremely fishy, and I am done using them as son as I get my records back! If they fail to give them to me, I will be reporting them to Tricare, the medical board, and the BBB!

New staff constant rotation. No one can stick around and I can see why. Dr. Chappel don't even see patients I don't know why I have his name on my insurance card. If he don't even practice medicine. Terrible experience the provider didn't even bother listen to my complain and refuse to give me referals. Don't recommend it

Use to think he was a good doctor but found out he doesn't care about the people, just the money he can get from them.

I used to go to him. But couldn,t stand always waiting forever to see him. Not very polite rather rude.

Excellent doctor, I'm 25 and he has been my doctor my whole life (actually was there when I was born, kinda weird). I would absolutely recommend.
