Dr. Jaffe is one of the biggest jerks I've ever met. On my very first appointment, I was early but didn't see him until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. He did not apologize for being late, rather he started reading the online assessment I filled out prior to my visit and chuckling, saying "Using medical terminology, huh?" What a joke. They play a video for your first visit about how much education a chiropractor has to get and what the chiropractor can do to improve your health -- they do this because apparently Dr. Jaffe doesn't want to waste his time actually talking to you. I'm switching chiropractors, let him know in a nice way over the phone (as I told him I wasn't going to be scheduling any more appointments with him) and he said "Fine good luck" and hung up on me. Don't give him your hard-earned money -- find a chiropractor in the area (there are lots of them to choose from) who's a decent human being.

TERRIBLE OFFICE! Went in first day and had a substitute chiro who took x-rays and performed a meaningless "light" adjustment. I was also told that I need to set up another appt later to discuss my x-rays. I was conned into it so I came back a couple days later. Before I met with Dr. Jaffe they told me I had to redo all of my x-rays! It took them 45 mins just to start the x-rays by the way (3 hours total!). Finally Dr. Jaffe met with me after spending more time waiting in his office. I received my adjustment and then got checked out by the lady at the desk who was very pushy! She pretty much demanded that I had to come back twice a week per Dr. Jaffe's orders. Apparently Dr. Jaffe made a treatment plan without even discussing it with me. If he had I would have let him know that I couldn't afford 2 copays/week. They just don't care about their patients unfortunately. They are money hungry. I received a letter 1 week later saying that he will not treat me and to find another Chiro. AVOID!

Great Chiropractor. Staff is great and helpful. Everyone is nice and very kind. Dr. Jaffe takes lots of time with each person but I never seem to have to wait very long to get in. I have shown up sometimes without an appointment and they always quickly fit me in. They are the best.

EXTREMELY BAD!! Visited his office for lower back pain. Had to wait. Took xrays, and after he developed the film he told me that he knew what was wrong, but that I had to schedule another appointment to discuss the xray results, and pay another office visit. They claimed that they weren't sure how much my insurance (Aetna) would cover, so I had to pay the full visit amount of $200+ dollars and would correct the difference at a future visit after speaking with aetna. Aetna's agreed price with them was only $60. I contacted their office via the email address they have listed on their website and got no reply. I sent a followup email a few days later and was told "Do not email me again" by the Dr Jaffe. I guess they are not going to refund me my $140. Terible doctor. Very rude and unprofessional. Stay away like the plague!
