Dr. Weinstock is head and shoulders above any other Cardiologist in Central Florida. He is VERY through and takes however much time is required to answer any and all questions in a professional and understandable manner. You walk away knowing that he cares about you and that you are in good hands. I am *so* thankful that I was able to transfer into Dr. Weinstock's new group in Leesburg. The Cardiologists in his old practice in Orlando just did not make me feel comfortable. I do NOT understand the review that says he is a little stand-offish. He simply could not be more personable and compassionate. He once took the time to call my daughter one evening who has aspirations of becoming a Doctor and spoke to her at length calming her and answering all of her questions. Does that sound stand-offish to you? My daughter is now a Senior at Johns Hopkins University and is pursuing a career in Medicine. I offer an unreserved recommendation of Dr Weinstock to anyone fortunate enough to find themselves under his care.

Dr Barry Weinstock is an excellent Cardiologist. He has a very through examination and will listen when you try and explain what you feel your body is trying to tell you. We were referred to by our Dr Fishbein in Ohio. Very excited we have located him again after receiving a letter from the cardiologist group explaining he had moved to Jacksonville. In fact, the office had misled us and after much research found the cardiologist we will continue care with...Dr. Weinstock. Thank Heaven for computers

Dr Weinstock is a little stand-offish., if you are looking for a more understanding doctor I would not advise you to see him. He also has a time-table...after X-amount of time with you he is heading for the door. I have been seeing him for my condition which he has not helped me with...he never stopped to look at my overall health issues....and I don't even think he cares...at least that's how he made me feel when I left his office last. You are just another patient to collect $$ from. All the times I visited him he never once used his stethoscope to listen to my heart...really?!? And he's a cardiologist? I will not be going back to see him. Besides, if you are older or have a problem walking then you will have an issue with parking in the garage, taking the garage elevator to the 2nd floor, crossing the garage bridge to the main building, just to take the main building elevator to the 3rd floor to his main office...it's quite a hike....overall rating...thumbs down.

Dr. Weinstock saved my grandfather's life today. He unexpectadely had a massive heart attack. No other Dr's gave him a chance to live, but they called in Weinstock to do the proceedures. In installed 2 different stints, a pacemaker, a balloon, etc. I feel without a skilled, knowledgeable surgeon like Dr. Weinstock my grandfather would not have made it.
