i have only seen him in ER but if it wasn't for him i wouldn't be alive today! I am very thankful for him helping me... however my mother in law goes to him as a family doctor and she hates him and constantly has problems with her condition! So i think i just got lucky!

Dr.Kumar has very good staff if it were not for them I don't think he would have much of a practice,Cris has more knowledge then he does and she truly cares.I have been told I need to see a specialist for 2 yrs. now and I am still waiting. he doesn't seem to care how much pain I am in. He just tells me I have a low tollerance to pain,he is very rude.

Dr. (and I use that title very loosely} Kumar is a incompetant man who has on many occassions been incredibly rude to myself and family members. It's unbelieveble how he treats his patients. I would not recommend him to anyone even if you have no doctor. I will not return to his office again. Believe me, the rumours you hear about him are true.

Dr Kumar is taking care of a friend who was seen by an ER doc and was sent home with Tylenol and flameease for a burn on 30% of his body. Dr Kumar took one look and immediately was contacting the burn unit in London, Now with the proper and very professional care, he is recovering nicely. Kris calls and checks on him and the service that the office offers is second to none. Thank you Dr Kumar and Kris for the geniune care and compassion that you demonstrate every time that I have been in the office and for helping a friend.

Although he often runs behind, it is because he is truly interested in listening to you, doesn't rush you through and out the door with a script in your hand. He is thorough and caring and worth the extra wait time. He is more interested in your health rather than how many people he can push thru OHIP payment office each hour.

I have a number of family members with Dr.Kumar and we have all had bad experiences. Although he is fairly friendly, he needs to listen more closely to his patients. Has mis-diagnosed many times. You wait forever to get in, and then once your in he is in a hurry to get you out, feels like an assembly line. He has cut me off in midsentence when describing my problem. I have put off going to the doctor when I should have gone because I dread going to see him. He also yells at his wife in the office when everyone is around which is extremely unprofessional. I feel like he's only in it for the money.

Like the guy and trust his judgement. Second to none I have had to visit and trust. He seems to be up on everything I have had a problem with and very knowledgeable.

was very mean and insensitive when I was in the midst of a mental breakdown. I think its a tragedy that most family doctors are unaware that the caduceus, also known as the staff of Hippocrates, represents healing of both body AND soul or mind, if you will. Also a doctor that says they don't BELIEVE in Fibromialgia cannot be taken seriously!
