Pat is a FANTASTIC dentist, and I wouldn't trade him for the world. He is always able to deal with emergencies, his calm and friendly approach puts even the most nervous of patients at ease, and the office is relaxed and friendly. Everyone in this little office, from Georgette at the counter (who always remembers you and your name, even if she only sees you once or twice a year) to the Dental Hygenists and Assistants are great. I drive an hour to see him, and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Visiting a dentist is rarely high on anyone's list of places they like to be, but going to this place sure makes it better!

Dr. Pat was our dentist for 18 years and having just retired and moved about 1,100 kms away from him, we may regret the change of scenery. Does singing while you work mean you were born to do what you do? Dr. Pat often sings along with the background music (not sure about requests) while he works. Does answering every question you may have with enthusiasm and clarity mean that your confidence and comfort level goes sky-high? Dr. Pat is an encyclopoedia of current theory and practice, of the history, and of new trends in the field, explaining everything at, and slightly above, your level of understanding, enhancing and encouraging your appreciation of his art. Does genuine friendliness and compassionate helpfulness on the phone, at the counter, or in the chair, put your troubled mind and heart at ease? The team in this little office excels in every customer-service category and would compliment any 'Fortune 500' company. Look no further; you've found the very best.

Dr. O'sullivan is a GREAT dentist with a great personality to match. He puts kids at ease, and deals well with nervous people and everyone in between. I highly recommend him, and would encourage others to give him a try too. The other people working in his office - from reception to dental assistants, are very nice as well.
