My experience as really bad. He tried two times ERCP, ballon method, both times it could not clear the stones. The other doctor told me that I will die f I do not do surgery ..I was fortunate to switch to Florida hospital where I was cured in first attempt without any surgery. My worst experience was with Dr Moon.He is so busy, does not have time to explain to patients.

On the medical side Dr. Moon must be good and even very good, he did for me a colonoscopy; but on the human or PR side he is a machine, the system or the show must go on ! To my wife who wanted to speak with him, she has been told to sit down in a corridor and wait for him, he is finishing another endoscopy. That he will not come to the waiting area like all other major surgeons have always done in the past in the same hospital. !!!??? Forgot he came late to the operation !! ?

I was hospitalized and Dr. Moon was my attending doctor. At the follow-up visit after release from the hospital, Dr. Moon was only interested in my having a colonoscopy (I had one the year before my hospitalization from a different doctor which was normal) rather than the problem that I was hospitalized for. At that follow-up visit Dr. Moon said that I did not need to come back for five years and gave me a script for medication. My pharmacy called for a refill after 18 months which was denied. I made an office visit and was told by Dr. Moon that it wasn't necessary (the medication script was good for five years), but he was more interested in me having a colonoscopy. In fact, he put on my check-out form that I needed a colonoscopy. I have been trying to get the renewal medication that Dr. Moon prescribed from my online pharmacy for 2 weeks. My online pharmacy tells me that Dr. Moon's office is not responding to their phone, email, or fax requests for the script.

I would rate that staff as very good to excellent. I would not rate Dr. Moon above a two rating because I thought he did not spend enough time with me and I don't think he spend sufficient time on the diagnosis side. Seems as though he was more interested in knocking out an expensive procedure vs. really wanting to spend any time on face time with a patient.

I had an immediate problem with the gall bladder. My Primary Care Physian said I need to see a specialist ASAP. Dr. Moon saw me that day and really made me feel comfortable and less apprehensive about the pending surgery. He is really a wonderful man and an excellent doctor.

Dr. Moon is the best in the Orlando area. He is very detailed and listens well. I have found him to be an outstanding Doctor after seeing a Gastro Doctor locally and waiting sometimes 2 hours. He is also empathetic, gets a 10 in my eyes. I had a medical situation and he went qbove and beyond for me, partially cause he was so knowlegable on the subject he understood my pain level.
