I am not sure what happened with the folks who gave the other ratings, however my experience with Dr. Crawford has been nothing but exceptional. Myself, my husband and our three children love her to pieces. She is the only dentist I have been to who doesn't make a habit of hurting me when I see her. Other than the one who actually cleans my teeth (because she does hurt me) - The office staff is great. I love this dentist!

I agree with the other ratings. if I would have seen this posting before I took my family there belive me we would not have gone.i have no ideal how they got the ratings as good as they got.i would give them a very large negative number if the rating system would allow.make you wonder who rated them hu.

Great Doctor and an True Professional and Customer Service Experience!

This is by far the worst dentist I've ever had out of 4 dentists (3 of which retired). Mary has no clue what is going on. I walked in for a minor cavity re-filling that fell out and one week later, I'm on my deathbed in pain. She then tells me I need a root canal despite the x-ray showing nothing. She doesn't examine at all. I got a 2nd dentist opinion and they told me you got an infection from un-sterilized instruments!!! I'm reading review below and it's her 2nd time!! I wish I would have read her reviews before seeing this dentist. Now, she wants $2,500 and I'm in pain yet the tooth that was worked on has no pain?! Just other teeth and jaw bone? AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS. SHE IS JUST OUT OF SCHOOL FROM U OF FLORIDA AND CHRISTIE DENTAL TRIES TO UPSELL EVERYONE ROOT CANALS!! $$$$$

I walked into the office to get a cavity fixed. Dr. Crawford is now practicing at Christy Dental in Merritt Island, FL. Dr. Crawford verified there was no infection and did a filling. 2 days later, I am in the er with an abcessed jaw bone. 3 days on oral and IV antibiotics and the problem is still not gone. ER docs suspect it was from non-sterilized instruments used by Dr. Crawford. Have to continue with oral and IV antibiotics and hope the problem starts clearing up soon. Very painful. Have missed a week or work and still don't know when I will be able to return. Will NEVER use this practice again. PLEASE be cautious. Wouldn't want anyone to go through this. It's horrible. PLEASE BEWARE!!
