I have been seeing Dr Snow for years. With a deep found terror of dentists and teeth that are very shallow, Dr Snow makes going to the dentist quite bearable. He always shows an interest in life, family and one's general health. A great dentist, Dr Snow will be very difficult to replace when the time comes.
Recently, I brought my mother to Dr Snow with an emergency that needed immediate attention. Her dentist was on holiday and she was in a very difficult situation. Within minutes, he had referred her to a specialist who saw her that same afternoon. While it took a few weeks for the matter to be fixed, the specialist was amazing and I am forever grateful for the kind and rapid help for my mother.

I have been seeing Dr Robert Snow since I was a young child and still seeing him and I will truly be at a loss when he eventually retires. Dr Robert Snow makes it completely bearable. , he has an easy going personality and fun sense of humour. I wish all health care providers could be like him!

Wait time is usually way long but he makes up for it, Dr Snow is by far the best dentist I have ever had.

I have been seeing Dr Snow for 25 years now, and I will truly be at a loss when he eventually retires. I don’t love having my teeth examined, but Dr Snow makes it completely bearable. He’s always remembered what’s going on in my life from previous visits, asks about school / work, has an easy going personality and fun sense of humour. I had to have a couple freezing needles last week prior to a procedure and I didn’t even feel them. I was mentally distracting myself as he was doing it and not asking questions, but I had to ask the hygienist afterwards if that was the needles or if it was just him examining. It was the needles. I don’t mind going to see him at all, I wish all health care providers could be like him!

Dr. Snow sets a new standard for courtesy and professionalism. He is always kind to me and my children, and explains everything with humour and empathy. Any dentist I have in the future will be judged against Dr. Snow, because I have never experienced anyone else of his calibre.

I will never go to Dr. Snow again, not will I recommend him to anyone. He was mean to my daughter and made her cry. He made her feel awful and she couldn't stop crying. I will never go back to him.
