I get life changing moments and I get wanting to do other things but Dr Brooks you left us High and dry and stuck us with the worst Dr ever. Thank god she went on maternity leave twice so we finally got real Dr's even the nurse practitioners are better than her anyway won't get into all her flaws go check her reviews. Loved having you as our family Dr and you are definitely missed but you made a huge mistake with this one.........

she was beyond rude. not thorough and missed that i had a bowel ileus. she waa rude to my mom and her nursing staff. i wouldnt ever allow her to see.me or my family again. unaccepable.

Unprofessional, tactless, and rude. It was almost like the patients were an inconvenience.
You would need to learn to be a doctor before you can run a hospital.

If you have any other options, even a walk-in clinic, I would suggest you take it. After spending a weekend returning to the hospital each day at the request of the ER doctors, while bleeding heavily during my second pregnancy and being told that I was likely having a miscarriage, Dr. Jane Brooks neglected to take my call on the following Monday, never returned my call to book an appointment that week and in fact, even though I was a prenatal patient of hers at the time & the ER sent over all the paperwork, she never booked a follow-up appointment with me or got in touch with me again during my pregnancy. Luckily, after I eventually called to book an appointment for my daughter who'd had a fever for three days and was told that the next apt. I could have was months away, I found a new family doctor.

Dr. Jane Brooks has been our Dr for over 15 yrs. She has always treated us with respect and has always taken her time to make sure that we have received the best care possible. We feel very fortunate to have a doctor like her. She is quick to refer you to a specialist when needed. Dr Brooks and her staff are very professional and friendly. It actually astounds me to read any negative comments about her. We are very fortunate that we have such an excellent doctor like her in the Valley.

Jane Brooks was a great Dr. but she listened to some specialists, not me. I have not been so humiliated in my life, and wish she would go back to wherever she came from? I now have leukemia;she didn't find it, I have a temp every other day. I have diabetes and because I told her what I thought of the Dr.s around here, I am no longer her patient. Too bad the truth hurts.
