Que pasa con el Sistema medico, quien controla esta gente? O lo unico importante es cuanta droga te Mandan y los drs cobran segun la cantidad que te den, en un lapso de 5 meses he visto 4 drs, y a ellos no les interesa porque estoy ahi, lo importante es que medicaciones me dio el otro, y que dijo el otro, y como no les doy los nombres del anterior Dr, tienen la audacia de pasarse media hora buscando mis record en la internet de los otros officina de drs, despues basados en esos records,me dan medicina que el otro me daba, con esta sra le dije que tenia apt tambien con un reumatologo, y no recordaba el nombre, pero ella escrbiio una carta diciendo “Dr Chery Robertson ordeno que esta persona vaya a su oficina y la mire de esto, esto y esto y me tenga informada como va, Pero que es esto, una mafia, y cuando le dije que tenia algun problema en mi pecho, que me gustaria que me viera para ver que es, que creen que me dijo, “cuando vayas al otro Dr se lo dices”, luego me dijeron que me iban a mandar las medicinas que tomaba del anterior dr, y nunca lo hizieron,al dia siguiente sabado llame a la farmacia a ver si estaba ready, que creen nuncan habian recibido, yo solo pregunto a algun paciente,no solo de esta dr, es asi como trabaja el Sistema medico, yo gracias a dios no he estado con medicos, una gripe una alergia nada mas What happens with the medical system, who controls these people? Or the only important thing is how much drug you send and the drs charge according to the amount they give you, in a span of 5 months I have seen 4 drs, and they do not care because I am there, the important thing is that the other medication gave me, and what the other said, and since I do not give them the names of the previous Dr, they have the audacity to spend half an hour looking for my records on the internet of the other offices of drs, then based on those records, they give me medicine that the other I told her that I was also apt with a rheumatologist, and I did not remember the name, but she wrote a letter saying "Dr Chery Robertson ordered this person to go to his office and look at this, this and this and I have informed as it goes, But what is this, a mafia, and when I told him that I had some problem in my chest, that I would like him to see me to see what it is, what do you think he said, "when you go to the other Dr you say, "then they told me they were going to send me the medicines that I was taking from the previous dr, and never did, the next day Saturday call the pharmacy to see if it was ready, they believe never had received, I only ask a patient, not only of this dr, it is how the medical system works, thank God I have not been with doctors, a flu an allergy, nothing more

I dont like Dr. But She is absolutley wonderful ,I will be sending my whole family too her . Hard to find a Dr. Like her these days ...

I search a long time and finally found a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She takes time to listen, and will give advise along with diagnosing the illness. A doctor that is a blessing is rare now days. I thank God for her.

Dr. Roberson is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She listens and is thorough in her examinations and diagnosis. I do not like visiting the doctor and avoid it as much as possible but she makes it as pleasant of an experience as I can have. The only set back would be her office staff though they do not deter me.

This DR is amongst the best. Her demeanor, humility, level of knowledge are unsurpassed. She imparts a sense of confidence in you while never making you feel questions asked are either stupid, beneath her or insignificant. She represents herself like the professional she is and yet like the confidant you would love to have. My mother is her patient. Mom speaks little english yet relates to her with trust and assurance knowing that she is in very capable hands. She takes her time with patients. You can rest assure you will receive the same level of attention. My mom tends to get bronchitis very quickly. Monday she starts the cough, Wednesday it's bronchitis. It's rare the times she has not been seen the same day. She's even cut into her personal time to treat my mom. She's a great example of why patients love their DR. She moved we all moved with her. Her down to earth, clear, knowledgeable answers are why she's one of the best. Mom has been her patient for 8 years. Her staff great.

Doctor is very helpful and takes her time to to listen to you. However the office staff is not very good. Calls were never returned, not a proffessional office. Loved doctor shame she has a non professional staff

You usually have to wait for your appt, but she spends the time she NEEDS to spend with you. Her front office staff could be more personable but Dr. Roberson is worth it, even if her front office staff were actively rude. I highly recommend her.
