Great doctor if not one of the best My wife and I found relief with PRP injections

Dr. Michael Markou has been the best doctor, by far, that I have had. I am originally from Ohio where it seems that every doctor doesn't genuinely care about their patients (they don't even try!). I was very happy to come across a review that spoke very highly of Dr. Markou after I moved to Florida. The entire staff greets you with a kind and professional demeanor. Dr. Markou is polite and knows exactly what he is talking about. Very intelligent man with multiple specialties. I originally went to him for a hair transplant and then made him primary care doctor shortly after. A huge perk is that there is hardly a wait time like most other offices. I am never waiting past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. I have never had a poor experience since I first started going to Markou Medical. I'm extremely satisfied with the practice and I am unbelievably happy to have found a doctor that I trust. I would highly recommend to everyone! Great doctor and office.

He lied and was ude and could care less after he was paid. He did a terrible job. Don't use him please.

I have been going to this physician for over 12 years. For the most part, I have been pleased with their caretaking. Until, I had some major physical issues. Now, I am changing physicians! There have been 2 instances that have made me concerned about my health. Last year, I had some performance issues with my legs. They treated me. Then, they determined that the only thing that would make me better was PRP. This is an experimental process that most insurances do not cover. They never once offered to refer me to a specialist. It was either PRP or I would have to find another doctor that specializes in that type of care. Then, I was scheduled to have surgery. They asked me to go to Quest and have my blood work performed. On the day of my appointment, they were unable to locate the paperwork for my blood work. In turn, I felt like they were blaming me for not making sure that they had received it from Quest. They advised that I would have to return to complete the appt. at a later date.

very helpful and compassionate , busy office but worth the wait

I have been going to his office since 2006 and I only seen him twice but I have seen about 5 to 6 different PA's during the course of almost 3 years. I really would rather see the same PA or doctor but I guess this office or the doctor does not believe in that.
