His secretaries are idiots … hands down. I asked if there were any appts. sooner when they called with mine (6 months), my doctor said he received a message from MacDonald's office telling him I was rude on the phone. I didn't go back, my new cardiologist is in Halifax … I feel much safer now.

Very difficult to get in touch with if you call and have questions. Spent days playing telephone tag for my lab results, set me up with the wrong GYN. Nice guy, but very rushed with my appointment and exam, that made me uncomfortable. Office staff is very cold and they act like robots.
