Dr Shapero is great! His staff are amazing too, especially his nurse Rosalind. He's very to the point and concise so make sure you have your questions ready. He's not there to chat and be your buddy but he is kind and friendly. Always on time if not early.

Definite pill-pushing God complex happening here. Disgusting bedside manner, rushes you, and then when you forget to ask a question and have to go back because he practically pushed you out the door, he gets annoyed with you. Receptionists are dismissive. One is okay but the other is super rude. Will NOT go back. EVER.

Have had him as my migraine specialist for years. Have recommended him to various friends who are happy with his treatment. If you need someone professional who knows his job, he’s the best. If you need a buddy to chat with that’s not his style.I prefer knowledge over friendliness any day….

Do not go here. The staff is incompetent, rude and uncaring. Don’t bother making a telephone appointment. Doctor will NOT call. Front desk will not help.
Will be getting a new doctor.

The front desk staff especially are very rude and unprofessional .I went twice on person they were yelling at me. My blood pressure went to the roof .I do not recommend in person to any one .I am not going in person at all.

This is for the receptionist. Incredibly rude, aggressive and ignorant and i hope you are reading this. My wife has been suffering from post pregnancy chronic migrane and was trying to get a refill prescription. Numerous emails and calls were made and finally she had to drive there in person. The incredibly rude receptionist started yelling at her for coming in even though she won't return her calls or emails. My wife was in tears and could not fathom why the Receiptionist was being so aggresive by using Covid as an excuse. I hope you are reading this Dr. SHAPERO. We are absolutely shocked after witnessing this senseless aggression and verbal abuse. WE ARE SURE MORE OF YOUR PATIENTS ARE BEING HARRASSED BY THIS LADY ON A DAILY BASIS.

Dr. Shapero is the best migraine specialist I have seen despite having seen multiple neurologists. He has helped me more than anyone else. He is willing to try many treatments to relieve your pain and have changed my life. Thank you

Have been a patient for over a decade. Dr S made life worth living, following a MVC. The pain was unbearable. No ‘cure’ available, but the treatment helps substantially.

Extremely rude doctor! Unwilling to listen to patient's concerns. Kept saying "I don't have time". I wish the appt was booked when he HAD the time. I guess its their way of getting the money. Unpleasant experience. Came out of the clinic feeling anxious, stressed and with a massive headache.
