New to Green Valley, choose Kildoo. Had records sent. Office confirmed they were received. Office staff not helpful in trying to set appointment. Also, heard many negative comments from others who have been longer residents in Green Valley. Decided to choose another dentist. Called office to have my records sent to new dentist. I was told they didn't have my records. I'm glad I didn't make the mistake of choosing Kildoo. Beware!!!

I had been a patient of Dr. Kildoo's for some time. I felt the most time spent with me was deciding how I was going to pay her high prices. Yes, it was my choice but one learns with time what appears to be taking place. The staff provides a great deal of the services instead of the Dr. and upselling of other procedures appears to be the norm. The staff messed up multiple appointments that cost me time from work. I needed extensive work so a plan was put in place and an appointment made. Little did I know I would be sitting in the chair for nearly 5 hours multiple times. All during this time I was attended to by staff and much less time with the Dr. while she saw other patients. It is alright to let someone know you perhaps do not have the skills to perform the task in a timely manner. This is not what I paid top dollar for when scheduling the work. If you need a simple filling or crown this could be the place for you. You will be referred out for most procedures. I have since moved and have found a wonderful dentist with much better technology and he is qualified to do most procedures.. I am just hoping the work performed in the past does not have to reworked. Not that many choices in the Green Valley area so choose wisely. I did not..

This office is a nightmare! I paid almost $150 for nothing but x-rays and an exam! Most dental office in Tucson will give you that for free! First...you will rarely see the same faces each time you walk in the door. Which says a lot to me about what Dr. Kildoo must be like as an employer. Then you will have to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen by anyone The office manager looks about 25 years old with tattoos and doesn't seem to have a clue what she is doing. They couldn't find any of my x-rays or records that I requested my previous office to send (which they did). I found Dr. Kildoo to be very snobbish and condescending. She told me I needed a very expensive (over $1000!) cleaning when I had been going to get my teeth cleaned every six months since I was a child. I am also very meticulous about taking care of my teeth and I've never had problems with my gums. Bottom line is that I don't trust this lady (another dentist just out to make a buck!) and her staff is incompetent.

I've been using Dr. Kildoo for over 10 years, I will never change Dentists, as long as she is working and available for me to see she is the Dentist for me. She is always caring, courteous, and knowledgeable . Provides me with pain free care and really seems to enjoy her work and truly cares about her patients
