Very impersonal. Kacenga was my primary OBGYN, but I kept getting scheduled with Silva. Silva wouldn't explain to me why I needed an appt every two weeks after 28 weeks of pregnancy, other then it was "standard procedure." This is my first pregnancy, and I have the right to know why things are the way they are, and not have to plead my case for simple answers. Staff also would not assist me with answers and were very callous in their behavior. Very displeased. I switched to Van Oosten.

Great doctor. Cared for me during both pregnancies. Very compassionate and caring. Easy to talk to and get along with. Great sense of humor. Would recommend him to anyone.
