cONDITIONS JUST GOT WORST AFTER PHYSICAL THERAPHY.

On January 2005 Dr. Runyan performed ACL surgery, Meniscus surgery,chondromalacia surgery on my right knee. It did not fair well, I can no longer extend or straighten the right knee, excruciating pain that I got addicted to vicodin, and percodan, and codeine. I cannot run, jog, climb stairs, apply the brakes to a vehicle with my right knee. I became aware that I need revision ACL surgery, but that I will not find the expertise here in Yuma, AZ. Dr. Runyan wrote in a report on February 2006 that the surgery he performed was a defect. I know deep down in my heart that he did surgery for financial reasons, and he did state he had a financial interest in the outpatient surgery center on Ave B. I wished I had never had surgery by him, but I believed in his medical expertise, yet again people are not honest. He only beats me by one year, and his life has gone forward, nonetheless, since the surgery I am stuck, he should compensate me for the damage he caused. Overwhelmed I don't think.

Dr Runyon did incomplete carpal tunnel release, he left my hand with severe numbness and a burning sensation at the wrist. I saw a hand surgeon 7 months later, he did an open carpal tunnel procedure,and found the medial nerve compressed and kinked, he released the carpal tunnel ligament and nerve straightened out. I would not recommend Dr Runyon. if you need a hand surgeon go & see one, not a dr who does everything, you need a specialist.

He is overwhelmed with patients because he is clearly the best in Yuma. He will take time and explain even when he is behind. We are lucky to have him in this small town.
