The WORST medical office I've visited yet. They are like a bunch of monkeys, with the equivalent IQ. My visit wasn't documented properly so I had to come in AGAIN to get a referral. Either they have a collective LOW IQ or they are acting retarded so that you have to come in again and they can re-bill for another visit. Either way, it's a typical hillbilly establishment... After 2 years in Cochise County you'd think I'd be dumbed down enough to deal with it. This place is tragic.

Walker family medicine allows their staff office staff to recommend "firing" a patient if they deem them "bothersome", i.e.; if you ask them questions too often, if you don't accept the standard "let me transfer you to their voicemail" which does not get listened to till the end of the day. If you ask the staff to let one of the Dr.'s know that they have an time-sensitive message waiting, they will not and they will start complaining about you. Only see this practice if you are a patient that is satisfied with being seen ($$) but not heard. The more invisible you are, the better. Oh, and don't attempt to advocate yourself or you'll get labeled a troublesome pest. I can concur the other posting's comments on being too busy to actually even properly treat their patients. If you have a cold, or scrape your knee, or get a boo-boo, they'll probably be fine, but if you have anything life threatening or chronic, go anywhere else but here.

I feel that this doctor sees to many patients and doesn't have the time to spend listening to your concerns. She is always in a hurry. The staff is not friendly and is always speaking in Spanish to each other. When calling to refill prescriptions or with questions, the staff acts as if they are being bothered. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Walker called my Elderly father and told him he had an appointment the next day???? I have been caring for my parents the last 4 months. There was no app. scheduled, she did this to fill a void. all they did was take his blood pressure????? he was just at the VA last week. I had my Mom in the hopital last month she was on soooo many meds the hopital doc. got her straitened around. now a month later Dr. Walker is putting her back on all the meds the hospital doc took her off of. Some one needs to stop this.

This doctor likes to give out pain meds to the elderly. and someone should check into her records.
