I really like this doctor- too bad I never get to see him. I have had my last three scheduled appointments, cancelled or moved at the last minute ( usually on the day of or day prior to the appointment). People with narcolepsy need to have their medication monitored constantly- this is not happening. I have not seen this doctor in almost nine months! Going this long without proper medication monitoring has caused a great deal of pain and suffering. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

Dr Anderson is a very knowledgeable doctor. I got fed up with the office staff who were never very helpful - often rude - and the nursing staff who were very slow to respond to questions and phone calls.

Dr.Anderson will listen to you and what your complaints are. He has been my doctor for more than 5 years and he is very caring and will do his best to help you. He will always make time for you and will not rush you through an appointment.

Dr. Anderson is great, very personable, listens to you, answers all your questions but the fact that his staff makes it so hard for you to talk to him detracts from that. If you call wanting to leave a message for him, you get transferred to his M.A., who does NOT return calls all the time. If you need them to fax an item for you, good luck getting any follow through or follow up. He would be perfect if he would replace all of his 'gatekeepers'. I called on a Monday morning needing a Dr's note faxed for a job I am supposed to start (a fact I told the staff), I called Thursday again, it's now Friday and they still haven't faxed the note. His M.A. still hasn't called (a fact I told the receptionist I spoke to yesterday as she promised to send the note.) He may be great but his staff is LOUSY! DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS DOCTOR!!!!
