nice office, the staff is great! Not a long wait for appointments!!! Best dentist I have ever had

I came to Doctor Ryan Venier 2 days ago with a tooth that was causing me trouble. He came into the office the next day at 7:30 am to do my root canal. He made sure I was comfortable and explained each step of the process. I am home now several hours later and have zero pain. It was the exact same result 4 years ago when he removed my wisdom tooth. I have been seeing his father Dr. Aldo Venier since I was 13. He always made me feel like a niece ..like I was family. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Ashley are carrying on their fathers legacy. They are kind and totalexperts in their field. As long as the Venier family is around to maintain my teeth they have my complete loyalty.

Our family has been seeing Dr Ryan for 8 years and cannot say more good things about him.

Honest,caring cost effective and most of all is gentle and PAINLESS!!!

I don't get a good sense from this doctor from first impressions. I won't be going back to this practice again. His staff is rude and didn't feel greeted when I came for my first visit. My cleaning was rough and the hygienist wasn't very nice. I paid a lot for my cleaning and it was just a horrible experience. Had to wait over 15 minutes to meet the doctor and he was rushed and didn't explain my problem areas to me. He just told me what I needed to get done and I was on my way.

This doctor comes across as a very nice young man with good bedside manners, in which I commend him. But he doesn't take time with his patients what so ever. He's in and out very quickly during procedures giving no time to the patient. I won't be going back to this dentist as I don't feel like with his new "busy" office he has any time for the care for his patients. My cavity fillings still don't feel right and I am hesitating to go back to this dentist to correct this problem. This is because I felt rushed during my procedures and there is no reason to go back to feel uncared for. I'm now searching for a new dentist who is willing to take time for his patients and who explains procedures thoroughly. This doctor isn't my recommendation. Sorry Ryan. Also as a side note his staff has a snarky attitude about them.

Ryan has to one of the best Dentists I have ever come across. If I move back to Abbotsford, he is sure to be the first one I look up. He knew what he was doing and handled all 5 of my kids plus myself. I even got my 2 youngest's dad to see him. I mean, talk about prying him off the walls, Ryan was great and the old fella said he would go back.

I recognize that only upset patients tend to rate our medical professionals and rarely do we take the time to comment when we have exceptional care, but after experiencing the first class dental procedure I had I knew I should take the time to comment. After years of fearing the dentist I was referred to Dr. Ryan Venier. From the moment I walked into the peaceful office where I was warmly greeted to the time my procedure was complete I cannot say enough about how calm I felt, and how smooth my procedure went. Dr Ryan Venier was kind, gentle, polite and professional. I experienced no pain, my procedure went so smooth and never did I feel was I paying too much. My family and I are now all patients of Dr Ryan Venier and never thought I would say we actually look forward to seeing the dentist. Wouldnt our medical system be amazing if everyone was as great as this dentist truly in a profession because his heart is in it!

He is a nice polite young man, but he seems to provide only basic dentistry, especially if one has bad teeth like mine. He really didn't want to get too involved... and when I asked him about implants he brushed me off. I think he was in over his head. I now have another dentist and periodontist that have done an excellent job in restoring my teeth. Really can't recommend Ryan, Sorry Ryan. I have been to a lot of dentists in my life and I have a sixth sense. PS: His replacement crowns failed in less than a year. Wasted pain and $$$ on my part. Not good Ryan!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Venier's for my whole life (30+ years) and for the last 5 years I have had Dr. Ryan Venier as my primary dentist. Unfortunately, I have had many complicated procedures over the years and in every instance, I have been nothing but impressed with the patient care and service I have received. Ryan goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable, well informed of what he is doing, and he has the best interest of the patient in mind. In fact, he even looked over a quote I received from a specialist to see if he could save me money (and was honest when he said it looked good). I also appreciate how efficient he is with his time. Would highly recommend him as a family dentist and will continue to go see him (even though we moved out of Abbotsford).
