Couldn't breathe. Went there for some meds, maybe a nebulizer. This office employs 2 techs that do PFT's (Pulmonary Function Tests). Why? They get paid $30 from insurance for the visit but can kick it up to $450 with the PFT. Told the doc (and the tech) that I couldn't breathe and it wasn't a good idea to do the PFT. They insisted (gotta' get that extra cash). Went into respiratory arrest and left on a f'n stretcher on my way to St. Joseph's. Without that PFT I could have walked out of their office the same way that I walked in. All of the doctors in this office use that PFT to get extra money for insurance. Keep away from Waxner (especially) and the rest of the pulmonologists there.

the worst most terrible doctor I saw- I don't know how he is even licensed. I came to him with terrible asthma and sleep apnea and he lied and said I wasn't sick. He didn't do anything to treat my disease. I think they should have sent me to a surgeon because of my low oxygen levels

Dr. Waxner has been extremely helpful over many years with both sleep apnea and asthma/chronic bronchitis. He is prompt and acurate in consultation with my primary physician

Totally misdiagnosed my mother. She was short of breath and all he did was send her home with oxygen. 2 days later she was admitted to the hospital with a pulmonary embellism and a massive blood clot in her leg. He basically just dismissed her.

The quintessential arrogant doctor. Wanted me out of his office as quickly as possible, refused to answer most of my questions, responded impatiently to the ones he did answer. Absolutely stay away, unless you like this kind of treatment.
