Misdiagnosed me w/shingles gave me medication for it. Didn't have that at all. In the meantime my skin condition worsened ended up at E.R.

Receptionist was kind, helpful, office punctual, being new patient I become Extremely high anxiety due to must med issues bad experience with some Drs for self n kids,visitgreat, so I thought, I was so fooled, great acting skills. He appeared to be listening very focused, taking notes,I needed referrals for 4 specialist s he ? Pain mgmt I through ly explained, seemed not comfortable but agreed,. All med records released to office prior for his viewing, obviously hadn't even noticed existence of ok busy day thought, b4 exit rm oh do u need mental health referral excuse me I began this conversation w im very anxious not comfortable w new Dr really again let it go should have walked out can't all records after 5 mins w not katigbak nowter visit #2 didn't care didn't read I always have notebook of all info questions, expectations,
I was told meds ask for all faxed to Walgreens one being nicotine patches. B4 he exited rm su
So im real relieved leave Walgreens 2 meds presc missing call of oh no lab work b4 patches but Dr said yes presc sent kinda cocky tone,ok get labs. Call for appt lab results back 2 wks later, im given hard y already excuse me my labs BAC need read meds adjusted n new prescription given reluctantly go appt #2 he has very surprised ur thyroid not working, REALLY that surprised u cuz that was #1 of my top 5 meds issues stated appt #1, cuz I been out med for 3 wks already for thyroid DING bad Dr light began to beam.after #2 visit same issues one referral was for Dr didn't accept my ins. Such bad experience wrote ins comp letter states I would not send payment for $0 n Y

excellent all the way for this doctor! can't believe the earlier comments of years ago..misleading to say the least.This is the one for my family

Great doctor! Cut down my 13 presriptions from my former doctor and now I am much better. Don't believe the earlier negative comments about him..they are talking about a different doctor I'm sure!!Here in Bullhead, there are many doctor shoppers !

I needed to find a new doctor because the last one didn't work out .I was given Dr Katigbak's name because he had just started in a new location and was taking a limited amount of new patients (lucky me!)Then I read the previous reviews but decided to push through anyway. Those negative comments were baseless! I don't know which doctor they saw, but sertainly it was not Dr CK (as he is called also).Thorough knowlegable and caring..what else do you want? I suspect those negative reviews were from disgrunted patients who had an agenda and did not get what they wanted!.I have now a new doctor I can trust with my life

i was hesitant when i read the last review, but I needed to see a doctor quick. I was surprised at how thorough and knowlegable and patient he was. I.m not sure the other patients when to this doctor because he was definitely the one for me and my wife!

this dr couldn"t wait to get out of thier didn"t give any infro i ask ? he would just stand thier and say oh yes that it willn?/" go back to him will go to er first and i have enoughtmedcial problems i need a dr but NOT THIS ONE!!!@

Dr is not helpful when letters need written. Last two visits he was uninterested in my problems. Currently looking for a new doctor.

This is one of those doctors who tell you as soon as you mention you have pain, that he doesn't treat pain. he is also very suspicious of any patient who uses Schedule II medications. Rather than diagnosis a problem, he sends you to other doctors for simple things like ADD.
