Have been seeing Dr Bachstein for 12 t0 15 years and he has always been able to help me with any of my problems . He always takes time to discus my problems ,does not rush you out like some Dr's do.

I,m seeing this doc every 3 months he send s off lab work he never sends me the results I no nothing about my condition a new nurse give me shots she is the worst I have ever had just like hits vital nerves and pain shoots down my leg outrageous. restroom is dirty most of the time also you can try and call the office ph will ring 20-30 times will not answer, try again in 10-15 min same thing most of the time they never answer ?

Office manager is rude and vindictive. Doctor treats lab reports not patient complaints and presentation. No help received in 9 months due to lab reports being OK.
